Our client is looking for a Software Engineer to join their team and help build and scale a modern, AI-driven platform.
You will work in a cross-functional environment alongside product managers and engineers, contributing to both new feature development and ongoing platform improvements. The company is transitioning toward an AI-first development approach, using tools such as Claude, Cursor, and similar assistants to improve speed and efficiency.
This role is ideal for engineers who combine strong technical fundamentals with the ability to work effectively with AI tools while maintaining high standards of code quality and critical thinking.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and test scalable software solutions
Build and enhance product features across the platform
Use AI tools to support development, debugging, and optimization
Collaborate with product and design teams to deliver user-focused features
Integrate third-party APIs, including AI and LLM-based services
Contribute to system architecture and technical decision-making
Improve codebase quality, performance, and reliability
Support internal teams with technical expertise when required
Requirements
3–5 years of professional software development experience
Strong proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript
Experience with at least one backend language (Python, Go, Java, Ruby, or Rust)
Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools (e.g. Claude, Cursor, Copilot)
Ability to work effectively with LLMs to support development workflows
Solid understanding of modern web technologies and best practices
Experience with testing and code quality standards
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
Preferred Qualifications
Experience building or integrating AI-driven systems or agents
Knowledge of Python and frameworks such as Django
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
Familiarity with React or similar frontend frameworks
Understanding of RAG architectures and vector databases
