We are looking for a Software/AI Engineer to join a fast-growing technology company building AI-powered products and automation solutions.
This is a hands-on engineering role focused on building, improving, and deploying AI agents, integrations, and scalable backend systems. You will work closely with product and engineering teams to develop production-ready solutions used by customers daily.
Responsibilities
• Build and enhance AI agents and automation workflows
• Develop scalable backend services and APIs
• Design, integrate, and maintain third-party platform connections
• Improve reliability, performance, and deployment processes
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams
• Contribute to architecture and technical decision-making
• Ship high-quality code to production environments
Required Skills
• Strong Python experience
• TypeScript and React experience
• Experience building production software systems
• Understanding of API integrations and distributed systems
• Experience with containerization and modern development workflows
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
Nice to Have
• AI agent development experience
• Experience with Slack, Microsoft Teams, or similar platforms
• Infrastructure and DevOps knowledge
