Job description
We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer (Tech Lead) to drive technical direction, architecture, and engineering excellence within a growing product team.
You will be responsible for guiding technical decisions across the stack, ensuring scalability, performance, maintainability, and code quality while collaborating closely with Product Managers, QA teams, mobile developers, stakeholders, and clients.
This role combines software architecture, technical leadership, product thinking, mentoring, and hands-on engineering within a fast-paced SaaS environment.
Responsibilities
• Drive technical architecture and engineering decisions
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Ensure platform scalability, reliability, and performance
• Support sprint planning and technical decomposition
