Role summary
Lead Agile Release Train operations within a large-scale enterprise SAFe environment supporting critical digital services.
This role is ideal for experienced Release Train Engineers with strong SAFe expertise, Agile coaching capabilities, leadership skills, and experience driving transformation across complex multi-team environments.

Job description
Responsibilities
• Lead Agile Release Train operations and ceremonies
• Facilitate Program Increment (PI) planning and execution
• Promote Lean-Agile leadership principles
• Coach Scrum Masters, managers, and Agile teams
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Improve transparency, predictability, and delivery performance
• Support Agile transformation and organizational change
• Facilitate collaboration across teams and stakeholders
• Strengthen DevOps, CI/CD, and automation practices
• Support value stream optimization and flow management
• Coordinate with Product Management and Architecture teams
• Promote alignment between strategy and execution
Required Skills
• Leading SAFe certification
• Minimum 7 years of experience within SAFe environments
• Minimum 7 years of experience as an Agile Coach, Release Train Engineer, or Agile Transformation Leader
• Experience leading Agile Release Trains
• Strong understanding of Lean-Agile leadership
• Experience coaching teams and leaders
• Experience facilitating large-scale Agile events
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Experience with Kanban and flow management
• Experience supporting DevOps, CI, and CD initiatives
• HBO level education or equivalent professional experience
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills
