About the Role

They are looking for a Senior Machine Learning Engineer (Speech / ASR) to work on training, deploying, and optimizing speech recognition models used in real-world clinical environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Train and fine-tune speech recognition (ASR) models at scale
- Design and improve evaluation frameworks (e.g. WER, error analysis)
- Deploy and maintain low-latency inference services in production
- Optimize model performance, latency, and scalability
- Build APIs and services for ML models
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams on system improvements
- Take ownership of key components within the ML pipeline

- FastAPI, Kafka
- NVIDIA Triton
- Kubernetes
- MLOps tools for tracking and monitoring
Requirements
- Strong Python programming skills
- Experience with speech recognition (ASR) systems
- Experience training or fine-tuning ML models at scale
- Experience deploying ML systems in production
- Understanding of evaluation metrics and model performance
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Nice to Have
- Experience with multilingual ASR or streaming inference
- Experience working with noisy audio data
- Experience in healthcare or regulated environments
- Familiarity with Go
