Job description
We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join a growing healthcare SaaS company that provides cloud-based software used by thousands of medical practices.
You will lead end-to-end feature development, influence architectural decisions, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate closely with product and design teams to deliver secure and scalable solutions.
This is a backend-focused full stack role with a strong emphasis on Symfony, Domain-Driven Design, software quality, and long-term platform scalability.
Responsibilities
• Lead full stack feature development from concept to deployment
• Drive architecture and technical design decisions
• Design secure and scalable software solutions
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders
• Mentor and support junior developers
• Implement and maintain automated testing
• Contribute to roadmap and technical planning
• Improve platform performance and reliability
• Support CI/CD and deployment processes
• Promote engineering best practices across the team
Required Skills
• 6+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Minimum 2 years in a senior engineering role
• Extensive Symfony experience
• Strong knowledge of Doctrine ORM
• Experience with Symfony Security and Event Dispatchers
• Advanced Domain-Driven Design (DDD) experience

• Experience writing unit and integration tests
