They are looking for a Rust Software Engineer to work on cross-platform libraries powering mobile and web applications. This role focuses on building high-performance systems used across Android, iOS, and web environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain cross-platform libraries using Rust
- Build and deliver high-performance features used across mobile and web applications
- Work on technologies such as WebAssembly and GPU-based processing
- Collaborate with mobile, web, and product teams to ensure consistent user experience
- Contribute to architecture decisions and system design
- Own features end-to-end from implementation to deployment
Tech Stack
- Rust (core language)
- WebAssembly
- GPU technologies (WebGPU, OpenGL, Metal)
- Mobile & Web integrations (iOS, Android, Web)
Requirements
- Strong experience with Rust
- Experience with systems-level programming (C/C++ is a plus)
- Understanding of at least one high-level language (Swift, Kotlin, TypeScript, etc.)
- Experience building cross-platform or client-side libraries
- Strong problem-solving and ownership mindset
- Experience working in product-focused engineering teams
Nice to Have
- Experience with WebAssembly, WebGPU, OpenGL, or Metal
- Experience with Elixir or Erlang
- Experience working on real-time or collaborative applications
- Experience in fast-growing startup environments
