Lead the implementation of a government-wide Learning Management System (LMS) ecosystem across multiple public-sector organizations. This role combines project leadership, stakeholder management, IT implementation, governance, and organizational transformation.
Ideal for experienced Implementation Managers, Project Managers, or Program Managers with strong experience delivering complex ICT implementation programs involving multiple stakeholders, suppliers, governance structures, security, compliance, and architecture.

Job description
We are looking for an LMS Implementation Manager to lead the implementation and adoption of a new government-wide Learning Management System ecosystem.
The role is responsible for planning, coordination, stakeholder management, governance, supplier management, implementation oversight, and successful organizational adoption across multiple participating organizations.
You will work closely with project teams, subject matter experts, suppliers, architects, security specialists, privacy advisors, and government stakeholders to ensure successful delivery and long-term operational success.
Responsibilities
• Lead the implementation of a government-wide LMS ecosystem
• Develop and maintain project plans, scope, quality, and implementation timelines
• Coordinate suppliers, participating organizations, and stakeholders
• Manage implementation governance and decision-making processes
• Coordinate technical integrations and implementation activities
• Support architecture, security, compliance, and privacy processes
• Establish operational support and governance structures
• Monitor implementation progress and project risks
• Deliver stakeholder communication and reporting
• Organize and deliver training and adoption activities
• Coordinate project evaluations and lessons learned
• Support the development of sustainable operational processes
Required Skills
• Master's degree (WO) level working and thinking ability
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Implementation Manager, Project Manager, or Project Lead
• Experience delivering complex ICT implementation projects
• Experience managing large stakeholder environments
• Experience working with suppliers and external partners
• Experience coordinating organization-wide implementation programs
• Experience involving multiple departments, business units, or customer groups
