Fullstack Product Engineer (Web3 / DeFi)

Fullstack role focused on Web3 / DeFi infrastructure, APIs, and developer tools. Product-driven engineering with real ownership.

About the Role

We’re working with a fast-moving team building next-generation DeFi infrastructure focused on making on-chain financial systems accessible to real-world users and enterprises.

This role is open to strong candidates globally, with a preference for EU-based engineers. Hybrid work in NYC is optional.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain APIs and SDKs for developer integrations
• Work across fullstack (frontend + backend)
• Collaborate with designers (Figma → production)
• Integrate smart contract interactions into real products
• Improve developer experience (DevX)
• Ensure system reliability, performance, and security

Requirements

• Strong fullstack experience (React, TypeScript, APIs, databases)
• Experience building scalable APIs or SDKs
• Solid understanding of product and UX thinking
• Some exposure to Web3 / DeFi / blockchain concepts
• Must have experience building real production systems (not only tutorials or small projects)
• Comfortable working in fast-moving environments (startup or early-stage experience preferred)
• Candidates without hands-on product experience will not be considered

Nice to Have

• EVM / smart contract experience
• Cross-chain or wallet UX experience
• Developer tooling or infrastructure background
