About the Role
Our client is building an AI-driven recruiting platform designed to help healthcare providers hire faster and more efficiently.
They are looking for a Full-Stack Engineer to work across frontend, backend, and data-driven systems, owning features end-to-end and contributing directly to product development.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and iterate on customer-facing features using Next.js (React, TypeScript)
- Design and develop backend services and APIs using Nest.js (REST/GraphQL)
- Develop and integrate data-driven and ML-enabled features using Python
- Design and optimize database schemas and queries in PostgreSQL
- Integrate with external systems such as ATS and HR platforms via APIs and webhooks
- Implement testing, CI/CD pipelines, and containerized deployments
- Ensure performance, reliability, and security across the platform
- Collaborate with product, design, and leadership to deliver features
Tech Stack
- Frontend: Next.js, React, TypeScript, Tailwind
- Backend: Node.js, Nest.js, REST / GraphQL
- Data/ML: Python (FastAPI), Pandas, NumPy
- Database: PostgreSQL, Redis
- Infrastructure: Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines
- Integrations: Webhooks, OAuth, external APIs
Requirements
- 4+ years of full-stack development experience
- Strong TypeScript experience (frontend and backend)
- Experience with React / Next.js and Node.js frameworks
- Solid Python experience for backend or data-related tasks
- Strong SQL skills and experience with PostgreSQL
- Experience with testing, CI/CD, and deployment pipelines
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills in English
Nice to Have
- Experience with multi-tenant SaaS systems
- Experience building analytics dashboards or data pipelines
- Familiarity with ML-driven product features
- Experience with ATS integrations or HR-tech products
- German language skills
