About the Role

Our client is building AI-powered solutions that help businesses improve their sales processes, from lead generation to outbound automation.

They are looking for a Full-Stack Engineer to join their early-stage team and contribute to the development of a growing product already used by companies across Europe.

This role offers strong ownership, working closely with founders, and contributing directly to product and technical decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and develop features across the full stack (backend and frontend)
• Work with Python (FastAPI) and TypeScript (React)
• Collaborate with founders and product teams to design and ship new functionality
• Improve system performance, scalability, and reliability
• Debug and resolve production issues
• Contribute to architectural decisions and long-term system design

Requirements

• Experience as a full-stack engineer (mid to senior level)
• Strong backend experience with Python
• Solid knowledge of TypeScript and React
• Experience working with production systems and scaling applications
• Good communication skills in English

Nice to Have

• Experience with SaaS or multi-tenant systems
• Familiarity with AI tools or AI-driven products
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g. Azure)
• German language skills
