About the Role

Our client is building AI-powered solutions that help businesses improve their sales processes, from lead generation to outbound automation.

They are looking for a Full-Stack Engineer to join their early-stage team and contribute to the development of a growing product already used by companies across Europe.

This role offers strong ownership, working closely with founders, and contributing directly to product and technical decisions.


Key Responsibilities

- Build and develop features across the full stack (backend and frontend)
- Work with Python (FastAPI) and TypeScript (React)
- Collaborate with founders and product teams to design and ship new functionality
- Improve system performance, scalability, and reliability
- Debug and resolve production issues
- Contribute to architectural decisions and long-term system design


Requirements

- Experience as a full-stack engineer (mid to senior level)
- Strong backend experience with Python
- Solid knowledge of TypeScript and React
- Experience working with production systems and scaling applications
- Good communication skills in English


Nice to Have

- Experience with SaaS or multi-tenant systems
- Familiarity with AI tools or AI-driven products
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g. Azure)
- German language skills
