About the Role
Our client builds software for small and local businesses, covering websites, bookings, payments, and operations. They are now expanding into marketing, creating a platform that automates how marketing is generated, executed, and optimized.
They are looking for a Full-Stack Engineer who combines strong technical ability with product thinking and a clear understanding of business impact. This role involves working directly with senior leadership to build core parts of the platform.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and own features end-to-end (database, APIs, AI logic, and frontend)
- Collaborate closely with leadership on architecture and implementation
- Develop and maintain AI-driven systems for marketing and website generation
- Translate product requirements into high-quality user experiences
- Continuously improve and iterate on live production systems
Requirements
- Experience building production-grade web applications
- Strong TypeScript skills across frontend and backend
- Experience with React/Next.js and Node/Express
- Hands-on experience working with LLMs beyond basic usage
- Strong product sense and attention to UX/UI quality
- Ability to work with AI tools while maintaining independent problem-solving
- Business-oriented mindset focused on outcomes, not just tasks
Nice to Have
- Experience with marketing systems (funnels, conversion, analytics, attribution)
- Background in building tools related to marketing workflows or automation
How the Team Works
- Small team (5–7 engineers) working closely with the CTO
- Fast iteration cycles with regular product and engineering demos
- Minimal process, direct communication, and quick feedback
- High-performance environment with strong ownership expectations
- Collaboration aligned with North American working hours
