Forward Deployed Engineer
Role summary
We are looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer to help enterprise customers successfully deploy AI-native solutions into production.
You'll work directly with customers to understand complex operational challenges, build production-ready pipelines, integrations, AI agents, and automation, and help shape the evolution of the core platform.
This is a highly technical role combining software engineering, data engineering, AI, customer collaboration, and product ownership.
Responsibilities
• Build production-grade AI solutions and integrations
• Develop Python services and data pipelines
• Design reliable SQL-based data workflows
• Deliver customer-specific solutions and PoCs
• Work directly with enterprise customers
• Translate business problems into technical solutions
• Build AI agents and workflow automations
• Improve platform capabilities based on customer feedback
