Job description
You will partner closely with customers to understand their operational challenges, design technical solutions, deploy AI agents into production, and continuously improve system performance and reliability.
This is a highly autonomous role where you will own projects from discovery through deployment while working closely with Product and Engineering teams.
Responsibilities
• Work directly with enterprise customers to understand business challenges
