Job description
We're looking for a Finance Manager to help build and manage the finance operations of a growing investment firm focused on the DACH market.
You'll oversee financial reporting, accounting, compliance, fund administration, and internal finance processes while working closely with leadership and external stakeholders. Responsibilities
• Prepare annual financial statements under HGB
• Manage accounting and financial reporting
• Support fund accounting activities
• Coordinate BaFin and regulatory reporting
• Manage capital calls and distributions
• Support payroll and invoicing processes
• Assist with budgeting and financial planning
• Coordinate audits and tax advisors
• Maintain compliance with KYC/AML requirements
• Improve and build finance processes
• Support fundraising and investor reporting
