Job description
We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to support performance engineering, capacity management, and infrastructure optimization initiatives within a large-scale OpenShift and Kubernetes environment.
You will work closely with performance engineers, developers, and platform teams to analyze application behavior, improve scalability, and ensure infrastructure environments meet demanding performance requirements.
The position requires strong technical expertise, analytical thinking, and hands-on experience with modern cloud-native technologies.
Responsibilities
• Analyze performance testing results and platform monitoring data
• Investigate application and infrastructure bottlenecks
• Identify optimization opportunities and provide technical recommendations
• Support capacity planning and capacity management initiatives
• Improve OpenShift and Kubernetes platform performance
• Design and optimize scalable cluster environments
• Collaborate with engineering teams on platform improvements
• Support application lifecycle management activities
• Contribute to Continuous Delivery and DevOps best practices
• Assist with observability and monitoring improvements
• Required Skills
• Minimum 5 years of experience with OpenShift and Kubernetes
• Minimum 3 years of experience in performance engineering or performance testing
• Strong knowledge of application lifecycle management
• Experience with application operations and technical application management
• Experience with Tekton
• Experience with Argo CD
• Experience with Capacity Management
• Experience with Grafana
• Experience with OpenTelemetry (OTel)
• Experience with Prometheus
• Linux administration experience
• Experience with performance test automation
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Bachelor's degree level or equivalent professional experience
