• Translate customer integration challenges into actionable information for internal engineering teams
• Explain technical limitations and solutions clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Travel frequently to customer sites across Europe, particularly southern Germany
• Support customers in operational and near-operational environments
Required Skills
• 3–6 years of experience in technical integration, field engineering, or another customer-facing engineering role
• Demonstrated hands-on experience working with hardware products
• Ability to read schematics, perform bench testing, and troubleshoot hardware issues
• Foundational knowledge of RF or embedded systems
• Fluent German and English
• Strong customer-facing and cross-functional communication skills
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently to customer sites
• EU citizenship and suitability for the stated NATO-related requirement
Technologies
• Hardware integration and debugging

• Software Defined Radio (SDR) experience
• Experience working in defense or dual-use environments
• Experience supporting customers in operational or near-operational environments
Soft Skills
• Strong customer communication and relationship-building ability
• Commercial curiosity combined with engineering credibility
• Pragmatic, hands-on approach to technical problems
• Comfortable communicating across engineering and customer teams
• Adaptable in a fast-moving startup environment
