About the Role
Our client is a leader in conversational voice intelligence, building technology that helps platforms better understand how people communicate and act on those insights in real time.
They are developing a self-serve Conversation Intelligence Platform, combining APIs, workflows, and applications to bring advanced voice understanding to enterprise and developer use cases.
They are now looking for a Backend Engineer to help build and scale their API infrastructure and bring cutting-edge machine learning models into production.
Your Impact
- Deliver production-ready APIs powered by advanced ML audio models
- Expand platform capabilities and support new use cases
- Improve system scalability, reliability, and performance
- Build strong architectural foundations for long-term growth
- Enable the company to scale across both B2B and B2C customers
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable APIs
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams on feature development
- Deploy and operate production systems with high reliability
- Debug and resolve issues to improve system performance
- Contribute to technical discussions and team knowledge sharing
Requirements
- Strong experience with Python (object-oriented programming)
- Proven experience building APIs in production environments
- Solid understanding of scalable backend systems
- Ability to collaborate effectively within engineering teams
- Experience working on early-stage or rapidly evolving products
