Job description
You will play a critical role in building, maintaining, and evolving Atlas, an AI-enhanced governance framework designed to coordinate a decentralized global ecosystem.
The role combines governance design, research, stakeholder coordination, workflow creation, process improvement, and operational execution. You will work closely with contributors, domain experts, governance participants, and ecosystem stakeholders to ensure Atlas continues evolving as a scalable and effective governance framework.
Responsibilities
• Conduct governance and ecosystem research
• Analyze and organize governance-related information and data
• Draft and maintain Atlas governance documentation
• Develop and improve governance workflows
• Coordinate with community contributors and stakeholders
• Review governance proposals and framework updates
• Validate and harmonize governance data
• Operationalize Atlas governance processes
• Support governance compliance and quality control
• Identify opportunities for governance improvements
• Collaborate with internal and external ecosystem participants
• Contribute to long-term governance framework evolution
